Ron Rifkin was too busy… but we got the next best thing, Adam Rifkin!
Yep, the only guy that Chris Columbus fears (and you can’t blame him… the guy is snapping at his feet like a famished crocodile) is playing macdaddy to the ‘Dear Mr Celebrity’ segment this week.
For those not familiar with Rifkin, here a few films he has written : “Small Soldiers”, “Mousehunt”, “Never on Tuesday”, “The Dark Backward” (also directed), “Detroit Rock City” (the high-point of Eddie Furlong’s post T2-career!), and “Zoom”. He’s also the man behind the pen on such upcoming blockbusters as “Underdog” and “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe”.
Rifkin’s next film is “Homo Erectus”, a caveman comedy that he wrote, directed and starred-in. And how’s this? He gets to ‘club’ (don’t read anymore into that) Ali Larter in the film. Now TELL ME you DON’T have a question for this guy?!
