Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (“Lost”) might be getting Scale for his next gig.
The towering thesp of screens small and big has been cast as Killer Croc – a known Batman villain – in Warner’s “Suicide Squad” movie, according to The Wrap.
For those not familiar with the character, Killer Croc was born Waylon Jones, a guy born with a former of atavism that gave him reptilian traits. Like most of the guys in “Suicide Squad”, he has a beef with Batman.
In addition to the casting news, the outlet says recently-announced additions Scott Eastwood and Ray Olubowale will be playing Wonder Woman’s boyfriend Steve Trevor and bad guy King Shark, respectively.
Latino Review also have a casting scoop of their own, reporting that newcomer Karen Fukuhara is playing Plastique in a scene that will take place in a club.
“Suicide Squad” begins production next month in Toronto.
