NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” may not be heading to the big screen anytime soon, but how’s this for ya? We already know that Adam Scott who plays Ben on the show has been cast in “A.C.O.D.” (Adult Children of Divorce) alongside Jane Lynch, Richard Jenkins, Catherine O’ Hara and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, but now, Deadline is reporting that his Parks & Rec co-star Amy Poehler has joined the cast of the Stu Zicherman film.

Poehler is in final negotiations according to the site. The comedy is said to focus on a young man (Scott) who discovers that he was enlisted in a study about divorced children many years ago. When he’s ushered into a present-day follow-up study, it creates new havoc for his family. Script was written by Zicherman and Ben Karlin. Poehler will play Richard Jenkins’ new wife, who is enemies with his first wife (played by Catherine O’Hara).

Winstead will play Scott’s long-time girlfriend and the rock in his increasingly chaotic life. Jessica Alba is also said to be apart of the cast, which begins filming next week in Atlanta.
