If you think 2022 is a while off, remember that it’s somehow March tomorrow – how the hell did that happen?! So time will certainly fly by as we eagerly await the release of “Aquaman 2”, the sequel to James Wan’s 2018 smash-hit “Aquaman”.
Warner Bros has given the flick an official release date of December 16, 2022, with David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick returning to write the script. “Aquaman 2” will be produced by “Aquaman” director James Wan and Peter Safran. Jason Momoa will return as our aquatic hero.
“Aquaman” also starred Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Nicole Kidman in supporting roles.
