Is a “Flash” spin-off being covertly set-up to launch when Grant Gustin hangs up his cherry-tights on the parent series?
Sure sounds like it.
With rumors swirling that Gustin and ‘Team Flash’ may be retiring shortly, no surprise to hear The CW is introducing audiences to another Flash — one Bart Allen, who in this case just happens to be the future grandson of Barry and Iris.
Jordan Fisher, whose credits include “Teen Wolf” and “Teen Beach”, will play Bart aka Impulse in the 17th episode of Season 7. It’ll be a recurring role, says Variety.
Season 8 of “The Flash”, we’re assuming, will likely see Barry and Bart Allen team up on a permanent basis. After that, anyone’s guess…?
