A couple of the stars of the upcoming “The Batman”, namely Peter Sarsgaard and Paul Dano, have been cast in Antoine Fuqua’s latest “The Guilty”.
Sarsgaard plays Gotham District Attorney Gil Colso in the upcoming Matt Reeves-directed reboot of the DC Comics film franchise, while Dano is the villainous Riddler in the film.
“Guilty” stars “Spider-Man : Far From Home” rogue Jake Gyleenhaal as a call operator in a 911 dispatch center who tries to save a caller in grave danger – but he soon discovers that nothing is as it seems, and facing the truth is the only way out.
Riley Keough, Byron Bowers, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, David Castañeda, Christina Vidal, Ethan Hawke, Adrian Martinez, Bill Burr, Beau Knapp, and Edi Patterson join Gyllenhaal, Sarsgaard and Dano in the Nic Pizzolatto-penned thriller.
“The Guilty” is being produced for Netflix.
