Ben Affleck, the former Batman who easily won his directing stripes on films like “Gone Baby Gone” and “Argo”, is reportedly in talks to helm a live-action adaptation of the nifty sci-fi book “Keeper of the Lost Cities” for Disney.
The Shannon Messenger-penned book series is about a telepathic girl who learns she’s from another world that exists side-by-side with ours -yep, like “The Matrix”.
Affleck is tipped to land on a few ballot sheets for his most recent acting turn in “The Way Back”.
