Billy Crudup is in talks to join “The Flash” movie alongside Ezra Miller. Crudup has been associated with the movie since 2016, with the actor originally cast to play Barry Allen’s father when Rick Famuyiwa was the director.
Famiuyiwa departed the project in October 2016. By March 2018, John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein were the helmers but left a year later. Muschietti is now director, and seems to be looking to bring back Crudup. Crudup did play the part of Allen’s father in one scene in 2017’s “Justice League”.
