“Candyman” helmer Nia DaCosta will direct the sequel to Disney and Marvel’s “Captain Marvel”.
DaCosta takes over for Anna Bodn and Ryan Fleck, who directed the first film.
Megan McDonnell, a story editor on the Marvel-based series ”WandaVision”, wrote the film. Brie Larson is reprising her role as Carl Danvers in the pic.
