Chris Pratt reunites with Russo brothers for Saigon remake

A remake of high-octane Vietnamese action comedy “Saigon Bodyguards” is in the works with Chris Pratt and Wu Jing attached to star.

The film will reunite Pratt with his “Avengers” comrades Joe and Anthony Russo, who will produce the film alongside Mike Larocca. The “Jurassic World” star will also snag a producing credit on the Alex Gregory and Peter Huyck-written pic.

Set up at Universal, ”Saigon Bodyguards” focuses on two pals, one a straight arrow and the other a doof, who try to find a corporate heir who got kidnapped right under their noses.
