John Pankow and Richard Kind have signed on to reprise their roles as ‘Cousin’ Ira Buchman and Dr. Mark Devanow on Spectrum Original’s “Mad About You” reboot.
Filming begins September 3rd ahead of a holiday season premiere on the reincarnation which explore the modern marriage through the eyes of the Buchmans (Helen Hunt and Paul Reiser) as newly minted empty-nesters after dropping off their unpredictable, hard-to-control daughter Mabel (Abby Quinn) at college.
No word yet on whether Anne Ramsey (Lisa), Leila Kenzle (Fran) or Hank Azaria (Nat) are returning.
