David Duchovny doing The Craft remake

“X-Files” alum David Duchovny is returning to the realm of the supernatural for Blumhouse’s redo of “The Craft”.

According to Deadline, the two-time Golden Globe winner will star alongside a relatively fresh-faced cast including Cailee Spaeny, Gideon Adlon, Lovie Simone, Zoey Luna and Nicholas Galitzine in the Zoe Lister-Jones written/directed/executive-produced feature.

The film is described as a “reimagining” of the popular ’90s film starring Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, Christine Taylor, Rachel True, and Skeet Ulrich.

Jason Blum is producing ”The Craft” for Blumhouse along with Oscar-winning producer Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher of Red Wagon Entertainment.
