More details on the film Brian De Palma has been putting together that’s said to take inspiration from the Harvey Weinstein scandal have come to light, courtesy Deadline.
The script is called “Predator” (hmmm… that sounds familiar?) and will be produced by Saïd Ben Saïd and Michel Merkt. The ‘horror’ film will be set at the Toronto Film Festival.
Last week De Palma told press he’s working on “a horror film, with a sexual aggressor” at its center. He later explained that it would take place “within the context of sexual harassment in Hollywood” and that it would take place in Toronto.
The film won’t begin for another year. Meantime, De Palma has “Domino” starring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Guy Pearce and Carice Van Houten coming up.
