Social media darling Demi Lovato has joined the cast of Netflix and director David Dobkin’s “Eurovision” comedy.
The film stars Will Ferrell and Rachel McAdams as aspiring musicians – Lars and Sigrit – who enter the world famous singing contest.
Ferrell announced Lovato’s casting – via a birthday post – on Twitter today.

The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer will reportedly play Katiana, one of Iceland’s best singers.
Pierce Brosnan and Dan Stevens are also onboard the film, currently in production in the U.K. and Iceland.
