Disney has ditched it’s “Tron” threequel.
According to THR, the studio has abandoned its plans to move forward with “Tron 3”.
Apparently the film was never officially given the green light, however according to reports earlier this year, Joseph Kosinski was on board to helm with stars Olivia Wilde and Garret Hedlund set to reprise their roles.
Production was also eyeing a fall shoot in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Stay tuned for updates, but for now it’s looking like “Tron 3” is no more.
