Easy A co-star reveals sequel plans

Aly Michalka revealed that a follow-up to Will Gluck’s well-received teen laffer could be on the way.

One of the stars of 2010 Emma Stone-led comedy “Easy A” says a sequel is in development.

In an interview with E! News, actress Aly Michalka revealed that a follow-up to Will Gluck’s well-received teen laffer could be on the way.

“That actually is semi real”, said in regards to the sequel rumours. “It would be kind of like a new retelling but you’d see some of the characters from the original come back into the story.”

Reports from 2019 had an “Easy A” spin-off being in the works, with the film’s original screenwriter, Bert V. Royal back on script duty.
