It was reported a wee bit ago that “Mad Men” and “Us” star Elisabeth Moss was in talks for a gig in Universal’s “The Invisible Man”. According to Deadline, the deal is now done – the versatile thesp will be be playing top female on the Leigh Whannell written-directed pic, lensing shortly in Australia.
Moss, a two-time Emmy winner for “The Handmaid’s Tale”, is the first name on the credit block – with an ‘Invisible Man’ still yet to be announced.
Aussie Whannell will also produce alongside Blum for his Universal-based Blumhouse Productions.
Hopefully we’ll hear who’ll be wearing the cream sheet soon…
