Kim Basinger has been cast as Christian Grey’s business partner and former lover Elena Lincoln in “Fifty Shades Darker”.
She joins Dakota Johnson, Jamie Dornan, Luke Grimes, Eloise Mumford and Max Martini in the adaptation of E.L James’ book.
James Foley will direct with production expected to kick off in the spring. James is writing the script with Niall Leonard.
“Fifty Shades Darker” is the sequel to last years’ “Fifty Shades of Grey”. The final installation, “Fifty Shades Freed”, will be shot back-to-back with “Fifty Shades Darker”.
