Furiosa shutdown due to Covid

George Miller’s new “Mad Max” movie has been temporarily shutdown after the filmmaker contracted Covid.

Fighting fit, per The Daily Mail, the Aussie thesp will be isolation until the end of the weekend. Production on the Anya Taylor-Smith starring “Furiosa” resumes on Monday.

The film, also starring Chris Hemsworth as the villain, has been rolling since June.

“Furiosa” opens on May 24, 2024.
