John Goodman told Cindy Pearlman that there won’t be a sequel to "Monsters Inc". Says Goodman, "As far as I know, the guys at Pixar are opposed to a Monsters Inc sequel. They said there’s no reason to do one unless someone comes up with a really good second storyline. I think they’re more interested in doing little shorts like Mike’s new Car, which featured Sulley".
