Henry Cavill shares first look at Superman’s new (black?!) suit!

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” star Henry Cavill has shared a mysterious photo on Instagram of what appears to be Superman’s new suit in the upcoming “Justice League”.

In the pic, the costume is black as opposed to the blue & red suit we saw in “Batman v Superman”.

To fans, this potentially gives us a big “Justice League” clue. Superman was last seen wearing a black suit in “The Death of Superman” comic mini-series, in which he died in a battle with Doomsday before eventually returning in a black suit.

Sound familiar? Yep, at the end of “Batman v Superman”, Superman died in battle and Bruce Wayne and Lois Lane attended his funeral…

Zack Snyder is directing “Justice League” which sees Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), the Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) team up to combat a threat beyond each member’s capabilities.

“Justice League” will be released on November 17, 2017.
