“Home Alone” stars Macaulay Culkin and Devin Ratray look to return to those swowy Chicago streets for the new Disney+ reboot.
“Home Sweet Home Alone”, set to air November 12 on the streamer, will feature “Saturday Night Live” alums Kenan Thompson, Chris Parnell, and Mikey Day, as well as Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney, and Archie Yates.
Ratray has filmed his role in the film, seemingly repriseing his role as ‘Buzz’ from the original 1990 film and its sequel, while The Sun reports that negotiations are ongoing to have Culkin make an appearance as a grown-up Kevin McAllister.
The small-screen reboot was put into production when a Will Ferrell/Melissa McCarthy starring big-screen reboot of the John Hughes classic was nixed.
