Is "Leonardo Di Caprio" about to play Iron Man?

According to Film Force, Leonardo Di Caprio is top choice to take on the role of "Iron Man" in the forthcoming live-action take. Leo has yet to be offered the role but is at the top of the filmmakers wish list. Iron Man is in development at New Line Cinema for a 2005 release.
