Jake Gyllenhaal and Carey Mulligan have become attached to star in “Wildlife”, from first time director Paul Dano.
According to Variety, the story centres on a boy who witnesses his parents’ marriage falling apart after his mom finds another man.
Dano penned the screenplay with Zoe Kazan, based on Richard Ford’s novel.
Andrew Duncan and Alex Saks of June Pictures are producing with Gyllenhaal and Riva Marker for Nine Stories. Oren Moverman, Ann Ruark, and Dano will also produce, while Kazan and Eddie Vaisman are executive producing.
