John Travolta looks terrifying in first look at indie thriller The Fanatic

John Travolta has gone fully stalker-fan mode in production pics from “The Fanatic”, where the star will play an obsessed fan of action movie star Hunter Dunbar – to be played by Devon Sawa.

Travolta plays Moose, who’s obsession grows stronger, and his fixation turns from stalking to the ambition of destroying the star’s life.

Limp Biskit star Fred Durst is directing, and co-wrote the screenplay alongside Dave Bekerman. The story is inspired by a real-life fan who stalked Durst many years ago.
