Can anyone else believe that 2019 is now over?! As we are on the final day of the decade, what better time than to revisit the year that’s been and look at the best films of the year. I must say, this year has been a cracker for good films, and choosing my top 10 was hard work.
There were a lot of curveballs, with some of my most anticipated being the most disappointing – “IT: Chapter Two” hits that dead centre: great movie but just didn’t live up to the first film’s incredible journey. “Terminator Dark Fate” was another that looked fabulous, but seemed to lack the heart of the original “Terminator”.
But enough about the disappointments, let’s take a look at my top 10 for 2019!
