Aaron Taylor-Johnson (“Kick-Ass”) will star in “Spider-Man” spin-off “Kraven the Hunter”, says Variety.
The Sony Pictures’ prod is just one of several features in development at the studio utilizing Marvel comic characters with connections to Spider-Man. J.C Chandor will direct the film, scripted by
Art Marcum & Matt Holloway and Richard Wenk.
The character was introduced in the ’60s as Sergei Kravinoff, a big game hunter who ultimately sets his sights on taking down the web-slinger.
Rumor has it that Taylor-Johnson, who also starred as ‘Quicksilver’ in the “X-Men” movies, will make his debut as Kraven in this December’s “Spider-Man : No Way Home”.
