Kurt Russell could be set to join the cast of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2″.
According to TheWrap, Russell is director James Gunn’s first choice to play the father of Chris Pratt’s character in the sequel.
Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel and Pom Klementieff co-star in the film which will begin shooting early next year.
Disney will release “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” on May 5, 2017.
