Liam Neeson’s The Commuter nabs director Jaume Collet-Serra

Star Liam Neeson will reunite with his “Non-Stop” and “Unknown” helmer Jaume Collet-Serra on thriller “The Commuter”.

Byron Willinger and Phil de Blasi penned the script about “a businessman (Neeson) on his daily commute home, who unwittingly gets caught up in a criminal conspiracy. It threatens not only his life but the lives of those around him” (via Deadline).

Production will likely start this summer.

Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman are producing. Exec producers are Serra and Juan Sola.
