Mads Mikkelsen, he of Netflix’s eternally cherished “Hannibal”, as well as such dissimilar fare as “Casino Royale”, “Another Round”, “Rogue One” and “Fantastic Beasts”, is the latest actor to join Lucasfilm and Disney’s “Indiana Jones 5”.
No word on who Mikkelsen, 55 , will play — but if my wallet was fatter with greenbacks, I’d lay down a few bucks on it being the villain.

The untitled fifth “Indiana Jones” film, directed by James Mangold and starring Harrison Ford and Phoebe Waller-Bridge, gets underway this summer for a 2022 release.
