“Stranger Things” breakout star Millie Bobby Brown is on board to star in, and executive produce, “Damsel” for Netflix. The fantasy movie will be directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo off a screenplay by Dan Mazeau.
Per Deadline, Brown will play Princess Elodie in “Damsel”, who thinks she is marrying Prince Henry, only to find out that she is being sacrificed to a dragon.
Brown recently starred in the hit “Enola Homes”, also on Netflix, which was a huge hit – recording the biggest single-week viewing for an original streaming movie.
