Paramount+ to premiere new Paranormal Activity, Pet Sematary films

Paramount announced today that they’ll be producing a slew of sequels specifically for their upcoming Paramount+ streaming platform.

The first of of these feature-length films offered will include new versions of ”Paranormal Activity” and ”Pet Sematary”.

The latest incarnation of Blumhouse’s “Paranormal Activity” will be directed by Will Eubank and written by Christopher Landon.

The new “Pet Sematary” film is said to be an origin tale and will be scripted by Jeff Buhler.

There will also be a slew of original movies produced for the streamer, including an original supernatural story, ”The In Between”, featuring Joey King, the star of the smash hit, ”The Kissing Booth”.
