A comprehensive documentary on the life of “Fast and the Furious” actor Paul Walker is in the works at Paramount Network, reports Deadline. The doco will be directed by Adrian Buitenhuis, who also directed the Heath Ledger documentary.
Titled “I Am Paul Walker”, the feature will have exclusive interviews with Walker’s friends and cast mates, as well explore Walker’s prolific film career and also showcase, among other things, the actor’s passion for the world’s oceans and marine life and his work to help rebuild Haiti after the devastating earthquake.
Walker tragically passed away in 2013 at 40, following a car accident when his Porsche crashed.
Additional cast and details is expected to be announced in the coming months. Buitenhuis’ latest doco “I Am M.L.K” will debut on Paramount Network in April.
