Pete Davidson to play himself in Curb Your Enthusiasm-like series

The show will reteam Davison with his SNL boss Lorne Michael

Universal Pictures

“SNL” fave Pete Davidson is set to star in his own comedy series, tentatively titled “Bupkis”, which hails from his current employer Lorne Michaels.

Davidson, star of the recent “King of Staten Island”, is co-writing with his long-time friend and collaborator Dave Sirus as well as Judah Miller.

According to Deadline, the series has been described as “a raw, unflinching, fictionalized version of Pete Davidson’s real life. It will include a mixture of grounded storytelling with absurd elements depicting an unfiltered view through Pete’s eyes.”
