Matt Charman penned the script, which is based on the account of Boston Police commissioner Ed Davis.
Producers are Scott Stuber, Dylan Clark, Mark Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson and Michael Radutzky. Nicholas Nesbitt will exec produce.
