Man-of-the-moment Chris Pratt (“Guardians of the Galaxy”) is rumoured to be joining Denzel Washington in director Antoine Fuqua’s remake of “The Magnificent Seven”.
Deadline says that talks are in the early stages. Pratt’s character is believed to be a new character – not seen in the original film – called Faraday.
The original film told of seven gunman hired to protect a town from no-gooders during the Civil War. A remake has been in development for years, at one stage with Tom Cruise attached.
