Rumor Time : Hemsworth as He-Man!?

They’ve been talking about this new live-action “Masters of the Universe” movie longer than a Shatner pause, and nearly every actor in Hollywood has been mentioned for the starring role, so take this with a grain of salt.

Just when it looked like He-Man had cut a break, when Netflix alum Noah Centineo signed to play the title role, it was recently revealed that he and Sony had parted ways on the project. Guy probably got sick of waiting around, let alone that rash-inducing gym schedule, and listened to those ‘never gonna happen’ posts on Reddit.

According to Patreon scooper Daniel Richtman, Sony are on the scout for a new lead – -and they’ve got their sights on… a very obvious name.

The Aussie actor, currently downunder lensing the third “Thor” movie, would likely nix such an offer fearing the role too similar to the Norse God.

Aaron and Adam Nee are currently set to both write and helm the movie.
