Brosnan butlering for the Batman

This will be solid, if it turns out. Pierce Brosnan is reportedly on the wishlist to play Alfred, Bruce Wayne’s trusty butler, in director Matt Reeves’ “The Batman”. The former 007 would inherit a role previously occupied by the likes of Jeremy Irons,  Alfred Gough, and Michael Caine. Mission : Impossible returning to TV

With CBS and Viacom back under one roof, and knowing the extensive plans they likely have for “Star Trek” across all mediums, no surprise to hear that the “Mission : Impossible” brand could also be extended beyond feature films. The spy series is returning to its original home, TV, for a spin-off series that will fix on the Impossible Mission Division sans Ethan Hunt.  [More…]

Guardians TV series – with Sly?

Sylvester Stallone is rumored to be reprising his role “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2” role of ravager Captian Stakar in a small-screen “Guardians 3000” series for Disney’s new streaming service. According to the Lords of the Long Box, said series would also feature Sly’s “Guardians” comrades Michael Rosenbaum, Michelle Yeoh, Ving Rhames and Miley Cyrus as Mainframe.
