Australian actress Samara Weaving has nabbed the lead role in New Line’s “The Babysitter”.
McG is directing the film from a spec script by Brian Duffield.
“The Babysitter” centres on a 12-year-old boy and his babysitter on a night when things take an unexpected turn for the worst.
McG and Mary Viola are producing. Exec producers are Duffield, Zack Schiller, James McGough and Steven Bello.
