Samuel L.Jackson’s Nick Fury gets his own Disney+ series

Samuel L.Jackson will reprise his Nick Fury role for a new Disney+ series, says Variety.

The series, which Kyle Bradstreet will write and executive produce, will see Jackson again play the monocular head of the clandestine government agency S.H.I.E.L.D.

Jackson has played the role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe going back to the post-credits scene in the first “Iron Man” film in 2008. He most recently played Fury in “Spider-Man : Far From Home”, “Avengers : Endgame” and “Captain Fury”.
