Annie getting back behind the wheel, y’all.
Sandra Bullock, who famously steered that bus over an unfinished stretch of highway in “Speed” (and then suffered through the wreck that was “Speed 2”), is joining fellow Oscar winner Brad Pitt for the Sony action pic “Bullet Train”.
This one has quite the cast -besides Bullock and Pitt, there’s Joey King, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, Michael Shannon, Logan Lerman, Masi Oka and Andrew Koji also, er, aboard.
David Leitch (“Hobbs & Shaw”) directs this one, based on a Japanese novel about assassins on a speedy loco.
Can you believe this will be the first time Bullock and Pitt will have met on screen? I’m getting “Heat” chills, again.
