Dylan Sprouse will play ‘F_cking Trevor’ in the sequel to YA hit “After”, it was announced today. “Cruel Intentions” director Roger Kumble will direct “After We Collide”, in which the “Suite Life” actor stars alongside returning cast members Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin, who are reprising their roles as Tessa and Hardin. Michelle Williams has confirmed her involvement in Sony’s “Venom” sequel. Her announcement comes hot on the heels of confirmation that Andy Serkis will direct the follow-up; an anointment the former “Dawson’s Creek” star says she’s very excited about. “I’m such a fan of Andy’s, and I’m so inspired by what he’s been able to accomplish. Corey Feldman told US magazine this week that he and original “Goonies” co-star Sean Astin unsuccessfully pitched the powers-that-be a sequel to their 1985 hit. “Sean Astin and I actually wrote a pitch, a treatment of about 10 pages that we took into [director] Richard Donner and a representative of [screenwriter] Chris Columbus and Steven [Spielberg]. We pitched it and Donner loved it, but he said it was too expensive an idea.” [More…]
