Hot on the heels of those joke titles yesterday – ”Spider-Man: Phone Home,” “Spider-Man: Home Wrecker” and “Spider-Man: Home Slice” – the cast of the upcoming third “Spider-Man” movie revealed the real-deal title earlier today.
Per Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalan, Jon Carr’s multiverse-skewing sequel will go out to theaters as “Spider-Man : No Way Home”.
While the plot is being kept under wraps, it’s rumored to see Spidey (Holland) venture into the multiverse – with Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange – where he encounters fellow web-slingers Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, as well as an assortment of villains from past “Spider-Man” films, including Jamie Foxx’s Elektro.
“Spider-Man : No Way Home” will open December 17 in the U.S and Boxing Day in Australia.
