Looney Tunes character and Road Runner’s nemesis Wile E. Coyote is getting his own film, titled “Coyote Vs. Acme”, and Jon and Josh Silberman have been tapped as writers for the feature film.
Chris McKay, who directed “The Lego Batman Movie” will produce. The Silberman brothers recently worked as supervising producers on CBS’ “Living Biblically”, and also worked on long-running FX series “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”.
Known as the Super Genius, Wile E. Coyote’s slapstick potential will no doubt make for an entertaining and successful addition to the Looney Tunes movie universe.
