‘Swiper’ will sound like an Avengers character in Dora movie!

Benicio Del Toro will voice Swiper, the thieving fox, in Paramount Players’ live-action “Dora the Explorer” movie, per THR.

The film, which wrapped in Australia to weeks ago, had been scouring for an actor to voice the CG character. Del Toro, whose recent credits include “Sicario : Day of the Soldado” and “Avengers : Infinity War”, previously voiced a character in “The Little Prince” in 2015.

Isabela Moner (“Instant Family”) plays the lead, a girl accustomed to the jungle life with her parents and now forced to explore the uncharted terrain of high school. Michael Pena and Eva Longoria play her parents.

The film’s story sees a high school-bound Dora finding herself leading Boots (a monkey and her best friend), Diego and a rag-tag group of teens on a Goonies-esque adventure to save her parents and solve the mystery behind a lost Inca civilization.

James Bobin directs “Dora”, which is skedded for an August 2, 2019 release.
