Sofia Coppola has a new film on its way and today Focus Features debuted the teaser trailer.
Described as a seductive thriller, “The Beguiled” stars Colin Farrell, Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst and Elle Fanning.
Set in 1864, the film is based on Thomas Cullinan’s original novel and takes place in girls’ school in the state of Virginia. As the Civil War rages, The Miss Martha Farnsworth Seminary for Young Ladies has been sheltered from the outside world— until the day a wounded Union soldier is discovered nearby and taken in.
