In case you didn’t get enough “Hobbs & Shaw” action last year, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has some good news for you – a sequel is coming!
During a live Instagram Q&A, the actor confirmed that the talks surrounding a sequel were true, and that development was underway, stating:
“We are developing now the next film}, the next [Hobbs & Shaw] movie, and I’m pretty excited about it. [We] just gotta figure out the creative right now, and the direction we’re going to go.”
David Leitch directed “Hobbs & Shaw”, but these are early days so no word on if he will return yet. The film also starred Jason Statham and Idris Elba.
There’s still plenty of “Fast and Furious” action to come also, with “F9” delayed until 2021, and a “F10” to follow that.
