Tim Miller boards Sonic the Hedgehog movie

Tim Miller has said goodbye to “Deadpool” and hello to a new project at Sony.

Barely a week after he exited “Deadpool”, the director has been tapped to work on Sony’s “Sonic the Hedgehog” movie.

He will work on the hybrid CG-animated/live-action family film with his Blur Studio collaborator Jeff Fowler, who would make his feature directorial debut.

Neal H. Moritz is producing the adaptation. Miller will exec produce.

THR broke the news.
