Twentieth Century Fox has released the trailer for “X-Men : Dark Phoenix” – or is it just ‘Dark Phoenix’? – ahead of its Feb 14, 2019 release.
The Simon Kinberg-directed flick sees Sophie Turner adorn the devilishly cerise locks of Jean Grey as she transitions into her mischievous alter-ego.
Set in 1992, the film has the ‘national heroes’ the X-Men – notably Charles Xavier (James McAvoy), who leads the charge – set out to rescue one of their own.
Michael Fassbender, Jessica Chastain, Tye Sheridan, Nicholas Hoult, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Evan Peters and Olivia Munn co-star in film, the last “X-Men” movie fully released by Fox, before the studio joins with Disney.
