Wesley Snipes was apparently in talks for a role in the fourth “John Wick” film.
According to The Illuminerdi, the role the “Blade” and “Expendables 3” actor was up for is under wraps but it’s believed he was nifty with a sword.
THR’s Borys Kit says it won’t be happening though.
“It didn’t work out”.
It’s possible that Snipes was up for the role that ultimately went to Donnie Yen, whose casting was revealed last week.
The Chad Stahelski-directed sequel will again star Keanu Reeves with Bill Skarsgård, Shamier Anderson and Rina Sawayama.
Snipes, who most recently appeared in Amazon’s “Coming 2 America”, will next star in the Chris Brewster-helmed zombie film “Outbreak Z”.
